The history of the fig tree is as old as human culture and is considered as a symbol of productivity in ancient civilizations. Its homeland is Asia Minor and the Mediterranean basin named as Turkey, as stated in all the holy books.

Although it is famous in Malatya, it is also a fruit that grows in the lands of the Aegean Region. The apricot tree belongs to the Rosaceae family. The height of the tree can be up to 8 m to 9 m max.

Grape is the oldest cultivated fruit species of the Vitris genus of the Vitris family. It is the most widely grown fruit in Turkey and the most produced fruit in terms of quantity. It is grown especially in the Aegean Region (İzmir, Manisa, Denizli). Grapes grow in summer, ripen with the summer heat, get their sweetness and scent, and become a vineyard like September and October, and then harvested.
